Cash, how do I make thee? Let me count the ways...

It is an age old question that most of us have asked ourselves over the years, especially regarding the internet. How do I make money, LOTS of money, like I-don't-have-to-go-to-work-ever-again money? Well, chances are you will have to do SOMETHING to earn your money. The main idea is to do it on your own terms, and not on someone elses. You see, it's not the work we mind so much, it's the type of work and/or the restrictions on pay and flexibility that irks us to no end.

Most of us do not mind working hard to provide for ourselves, our families, and our lifestyles. We DO mind the fact that we do not have enough extra for some fun, retirement, and investments. That is why we search the world for opportunities.

If you are reading this blog, then you already have set yourself apart from the lazies out there. The Lazies are people who are perfectly content with going to work day in and day out, coming home, plopping on the couch to watch their reality shows, then going to bed. They don't take into account their future or possible emergencies, nor do they have the ambition to change anything. They simply go about their lives believing things will work themselves out and if they don't, then they were hit upon by Bad Luck, Fate or whatever else they can blame it on.

We are different, we are trying to find ways to make some money!

Let us begin by doing a search on Making Money, there are thousands upon thousands of results that appear in the search engines. Surely there are some great, fun, legitimate ways to make some cash in there, right? Trouble is, how do we tell which is which?

Intro

Ah the obligatory intro post. Welcome to the Virtual Vending Blog. This blog is designed as an experiment. It is for me to explore and review many ways of making money online, a little, a lot, or anything in between.

The name Virtual Vending stems from my experience as a vending machine operator. One vending machine alone does not make a lot of money. Many vending machines, however, can make a decent amount of money. Many people, including myself, expect to come online and be able to grab onto a single money making idea and 'viola!' hit it big. Alas, those opportunities are few and far between. Besides, while searching for a big opportunity, I could be missing out on many smaller opportunities that could be putting money into my pocket. Thus, the idea of virtual vending. Many smaller opportunities that can add up to a decent amount of income.

Welcome and join me on my adventure.
